to create one ounce of pure rose essential oil it takes 60,000 roses or if your prefer a quanatative measurment of weight in pounds, visualize 180 pounds of rose petals.
Rose oil in its purest form to too strong to use alone and is mixed with a
carrier oil or cream. Common carrier oils are almond, avocado, grape-seed, hazelnut,
peach and wheat-germ oils.
